Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer store credit or exchange for eligible online purchases of new (non-vintage) jewelry and accessories within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@yeuvue.com with your order number and specify if you'd like store credit, an exchange, or a refund. Returns for store credit or exchange are complimentary.

If a refund is preferred, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label and deduct $10 from the refund total to cover return shipping.

VINTAGE & SECONDHAND

Vintage and secondhand pieces carry character and history. Light signs of age or wear that don’t impact functionality or integrity are not considered flaws. These pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Custom orders, half sizes, engraved pieces, and archive styles are final sale.
  • Select items are only eligible for store credit or exchange—please refer to individual product descriptions.
  • Partial returns for sets (e.g., returning a chain from a necklace set) are not accepted.
  • Once an order has shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
